ATM + Live Teller combines the convenience of a self-service ATM with the benefits of personalized banking with one of our friendly Relationship Advisors. This innovative technology offers an enhanced ATM experience and the ability to perform your everyday transactions with an Addition Financial employee via two-way video at an ATM. You can complete many transactions on your own, or if you like, an Addition Financial employee located at our Operations Center will assist you remotely.
ATM + Live Teller allows for virtual personal assistance or self-service, the choice is yours. The majority of banking transactions you typically complete inside a branch, can now be done through ATM + Live Teller, including:
- Check and Cash Deposits
- Balance Inquiries
- Account Withdrawals
- Money Transfers
- Loan Payments
This experience works similarly to a traditional ATM, but with many more benefits. The biggest difference is that with the touch of a button, you‘ll connect via two-way live video to one of our helpful team members in our Operations Center who will meet your banking needs and answer any account questions you have.
Almost any transaction that can be completed within a branch can be completed at an ATM + Live Teller. Some exceptions include account opening and closing, official bank checks and money orders.
Our ATM + Live Teller will enable you to engage in real-time with a live employee, offering you a highly personalized experience from the comfort of your car. Additionally, it will allow us to better serve your financial needs and questions when you're inside the branch (vs. in your car). Yes, your transaction conversations are as private as if you were being serviced inside the branch or in your car at the drive-thru.
ATM + Live Teller will allow you to access your account using your debit card and PIN (like an ATM). When connected to a representative, they will use the same authentication methods as a Teller would normally use.

Live Teller representatives will be available during normal business hours. After hours, the ATM + Live Teller machine provides enhanced self-serve banking options.
Yes! If you prefer to complete an ATM transaction without the assistance of an interactive Teller, simply access your account and follow the steps you would take with a typical ATM machine. During the ATM transaction, if you would like assistance, you have the option of speaking with a representative at any time (during regular Live Teller hours).
