Addition Financial President and CEO Kevin Miller Receives Orlando Business Journal’s “Most Influential Leader” Award
LAKE MARY, Fla. (August 13, 2025) -- Addition Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that President and CEO Kevin Miller has been named one of the 2025 Most Influential Leaders by the Orlando Business Journal. This annual recognition honors exceptional leaders across Central Florida who not only drive business success but also contribute significantly to their communities.
The Most Influential Leaders list spans industries from finance, to aeronautics, hospitality, construction, technology, health care, and more, spotlighting those whose vision, integrity, and impact help shape the region’s future.
Under Miller’s leadership since 2017, Addition Financial has achieved transformative milestones, including a company rebrand, a full-scale digital banking upgrade, a merger agreement with Envision Credit Union, and the launch of innovative staff development initiatives. His people-first approach has helped Addition Financial earn recognition from Forbes, Newsweek, and the Orlando Sentinel for excellence in both member service and workplace culture.
Beyond the credit union, Miller serves as Chair of the Addition Financial Foundation, on the boards of The League of Credit Unions and Affiliates, and the UCF Foundation. His leadership has helped direct millions in assets toward educational initiatives, nonprofit grants, and community development programs throughout Central Florida.
